Who We Are

Ashley Jordan

In 2003 Ashley set up One Stop Organisers to utilise her organisational and people skills. With 10 years experience in professional roles with a focus on organisation, tight deadlines, attention to detail, research, multi-tasking and building client relationships, she now applies the same principles managing her clients' to-do-lists and solving their other organisational and time dilemmas. Roles at the busy international office of Universal Music, a medical communications agency in London and Sydney and several Arts/Charity organisations have perfectly placed Ashley to manage and run One Stop Organisers. Ashley has a BA(Hons) in Music Management.

To relax Ashley swims, does hula-aerobics, sings, plays her viola and enjoys cooking, entertaining and eating out!

Sara West

Sara has been running South West PAs since 2006 and combines project management skills with an eye for detail and a meticulous approach to task management. An effective communicator, she works in close collaboration with her clients to ensure their needs are understood, met and surpassed at all times, and will proactively suggest ways in which their lives may be successfully rebalanced. Having over 15 years operational experience from the investment banking and professional services sectors including eight years at KPMG LLP as a senior manager Sara has particular skills in project management and support services and is used to managing large teams and ensuring operational excellence. Sara has an MBA and a BA (Hons) in English Literature.

To relax Sara enjoys socialising, going to the theatre, reading and skiing.
